In short, garbage or a scam, misspelled English and total Chinese in the help section. Ads every time you open the open to confuse you for whatever reason. It requires you to re-register the device every day!! So keep the box QR code . Worked if your on the same wifi network, what's the point if I'm home already, I have no idea who to trust in this field

This camera was a big headache for me. Cannot get it to connect to my wifi therefore, I cannot use it. The app is plagued with pop-up ads which cause my debit card to be flagged for fraud (user error as I wasn't paying attention and thought it was part of app setup). Not sure why my experience is significantly different from other reviewers, but I have started the return process on this and they won't even do a bank refund I have to deal with Amazon credit.
