Despite having exceptional wifi in my home, this would not maintain a stable connection to any device I tried to connect it to. Attempting to add more than one viewing source prompted an error message that only one camera can be connected. As I was not trying to connect another camera, this was pretty frustrating. After multiple attempts and numerous factory resets, I managed to connect my laptop to it for testing. The image quality was excellent, but as far as installing the doorbell and using it for security purposes, it was unsuccessful. I found the process not to be very user friendly, and it took me around in a lot of circles. The remaining functionality appears to be similar to many video doorbells and I was excited to explore 5k, as this is new in doorbell technology. The doorbell comes with all of the hardware needed to install the device, and I appreciate that it is rechargeable. The chime device uses standard AAA batteries, which are included. Be aware that you will hear the chime wherever you are, it is loud.There is optional cloud storage available. I had a hard time optint out, but ultimately figured it out. There is a micro SD card slot available in the device, the card is not included.Ultimately, this feels like a solid device, but it’s only as good as its functionality.

Love this is cheap and it works like the expensive ones it was easy to set up to love this ring camera
