This doorbell video camera works really well. It was easy to install myself, and it notifies me whenever someone is on my front porch. There is a memory chip inside so I don't have to pay a monthly fee to store the videos. It was easy to install the app on my iPhone. The doorbell is really loud and I can hear it throughout my house.

Keeps dropping connection every 24 hours. Changed the location of the indoor/antenna unit 3 times now. If drops again, will return, because after each drop, need to reconfigure network. What sort of garbage is this?

Its a good system. Good video quality. Supports multiple cameras. Some things need more polish and a few more settings. Needs a pre-record feature, so you can get a couple seconds before what ever trips the alert. Seems to need a separate sub-unit plugged in near each camera as a relay, but I have several cameras all near the same relay, should be able to use the same relay. Also, I have purchased several of these from the same order link and have gotten different versions of the same camera, some with memory, some without.. Would be nice if it would talk to my own video server. Last, is the settings software is not consistent between these different (same model #) devices. All of them say they have the latest updates, but they have different Firmware version.

I replaced my Nest doorbell with the Botslab doorbell. My Nest, after several years of service, just quit working. The installation of this doorbell was very easy, and connecting to the wifi was a breeze. I just wish there were better operating instructions. As far as customer support goes, I can't say enough good things about them. Everything I asked about, they answered. I've communicated with support several times, and they've always replied very quickly and answered my questions. They are very helpful. If you need to replace your video doorbell or looking to buy one for the first time, I highly recommend buying this one. Customer support at its finest.

Very impressed. Easy to setup and the picture quality is very good. You can zoom and move around within the picture. I can look down right at the floor in front of the door to check to see if a package has arrived.

I like this camera because I don’t need a subscription. I get alerts; I can see the front porch; and I can talk to people who ring the doorbell. It was easy to install and connect to my existing doorbell chime.
