Ordered the "Medium", with a little concern that it might be a little too small for the intended cats, but was quite surprised that it's quite large!Assembly was much more than expected.- Tools are included, but not really useful or complete enough to get the assembly done. You're going to need at least a real screwdriver, and a hammer (to get the pegs put in).- Some of details in the instructions aren't complete. Parts and screws are often labeled with a letter (to know which are for what), but that's not the case for this kit... you'll figure it out, with some trial and error.- Assembly time, by a cat lover (not a mechanic) took over 4 hours.The assembled product looks nice - the quality appears to be very good. The wheel is a bit costly, so not sure if the price to value is really worthwhile... going to have to wait on the cat's product testing for that.The cats. They aren't impressed. Will need to update on this later if there's more progress, but at this point the cats are not interested. Plan to loan the wheel out to other cat's owners to get more field testing.Mileage with you cat may vary.

OK, this is too cool. This is one of those products that I have seen around for years on social media and always thought "man that would be really cool to have" yet I never went out of my way to actually buy one. They are sort of pricey, they take up a lot of space, and what if it just sits unused? So I just never made the jump to actually acquire one. Then I saw this one on here and available and just decided, "hey, why not?". I work in vet med and I have a tendency to have a lot of foster cats coming through the house on a regular basis, someone was sure to get some use out of it. My current singular permanent resident is currently on a weightless regimen and could use some extra exercise as well. She's about a year old now, give or take a couple months and very active despite her general chunkiness, so I was hopping she would love this. I ordered the medium size since she's a shorter, smaller cat in general and I figured it would be easier to find a place for.This arrives needing to be fully assembled and its a little daunting looking out of the box. Lots of parts, lots of anchors and connectors etc. The instructions are, unfortunately, not the best either. They are VERY poorly translated and most of the written portions just do not make any sense. Thankfully the whole thing is pretty straightforward and easy to assemble once you get a handle on how its supposed to work. I do have some tips though: make absolutely sure you have a good set of Phillips head screwdrivers and wrenches on hand, ideally you will want an electric driver as well. It makes things go a lot faster.1)The included tools in this set are some of the worst I have encountered. There is a screwdriver included but its actually the wrong size for the screws, and the screws are in a range of different sizes, it doesn't actually fit any of them.2) Do not overtighten your screws and nuts, it destroys the function of the wheel.3) do not worry if the wheel looks uneven and not correct when its first put together, its actually the little brackets on the top that make it the correct shape, its all cattywampus until they are all in place and tightened properly.It took me a full afternoon of working on it to get it properly assembled and working but I was by myself, its should go faster if there are two people, one to hold pressure on sections of wheel and the other to screw it in.Once together though, its AMAZING. quiet, easy for the cat to control speed and stop on a dime. Its really great and I was surprised how fast my cat figured this out. She was only briefly concerned about the movement but she quickly figured out that it was both a toy and something fun. She's been playing with this thing for days now and shows no sign of getting bored. So I am very satisfied with my order. It actually looks nice as well, the carpeted wheel and shiny wooden build actually look great and not out of place with my decor. This is a very nice product and well worth the price. I just wish the instructions were better made.
