I found this manifold to be high quality. I noticed it is stamped made in the USA on the top of the manifold. No leaks or trouble of any kind.

i found that there exist two different types of intakes for the 2008 ford expedition,, even though my ford title says 2008 , its has a 2009 , motor specs , this intake differs in , 1, where the cmcv is attached , a, package did not come with proper screws ,. b, it seems that my reusable original cmcv is much thicker , so it might need longer screws, ,, 2, the shape of the intake varies , a, this intake belly comes down straight , ! , b as opposed to the my original part where it comes down as a tear drop shape or bell , , pcv , does work ok , , i must disagree if it say on listing it is a perfect match , or will fit a my car for a 2008 , , i did not continue any further , like ie purge valve or , how it connects around the cross over tube , , ,

This manifold is significantly better than the factory unit. For the price this is a must buy if you are ever removing the intake manifold. comes with all the necessary hardware and gaskets. Is a direct fit with no modification for 2004-2008 5.4L Ford F150's.

Bought for 2004 F150 5.4 liter 3 valve engine. The intake looks as it should.Pro's - 1. It has been upgraded in the weak areas as noted in the inter web searches.2. Intake has 2 vacuum ports on the rear. One port has a rubber cover (plug) in case you only need one port.Cons - 1. Instructions could be a little more clear for the less experienced DIY'er.2. I was shorted one screw but I have a good assortment in my bins. So, not an issue.3. Fuel rail and IMRC mounts do not have metal threads compared to the OEM intake. The supplied screws work good aslong as you don't over-torque them.All in all, for the price, it's a good deal.I am in the middle of my engine installation so I can't speak on how it performs for now.

Never know, great price, included gaskets. Top was crushed with a big hole so I had to return it and buy one from Ford locally.
