I purchased this window motor for my 1990 mustang GT convertible because one died. Instillation was easier then I thought it would be and it's seems to be working just fine. Great value.

Installed this today. I bought both left and right window motors. The left was perfect. No Dremel needed. My right window kit and left window kit didn't have the same wiring harness as the picture above. The red and blue will reverse the button operation. The orange red is for fox mustangs.The right window didn't come with screws or the special wiring adapter for the motor. Thank goodness I bought two motors and I just reversed the red blue from one box and used it for the box missing the adapters. Both boxes were missing something. The left window didn't have the extension wires and right didn't come with the special red blue or yellow red wires. I think somebody used these and just returned it with missing parts??? just guessing since I figured two minutes on the phone with Amazon or use the red blue from the other box and swap the positive and negative wires and now it's done. 4 stars not five for the company who packed the boxes didn't check it???? I was just lucky I had extra large wood screws and the extra wiring adapters. These motors are very compact for it's being installed in a 89 convertible. These motors do make more noise than the original. Not much more but it's noticeable. Easy install. Thank you Amazon for the low price. Just wish the place of origin was marked Made in Korea. Hope the quality is good as OE???

This is a "universal" part. Did not fit my 1989 ford mustang. Ended up buying a specific part from a specialist for twice as much money.
