Much less than the cost of GM and a lifetime warranty with a reputable and established company. I’m optimistic. So far so good.

I did some research and found Dorman to be a good company to use for this hardware. My old shocks were leaking and I didn't want to spend the OEM money to replace them. I got both of these shocks for the price of ONE OEM shock. The install was simple and we had no issues with the install, everything fit the way it's suppose to - no modifications to the truck or the shock needed. Since the install (about 2 weeks ago) I have had not issue with electronics, warnings or hardware. If you want to do the install yourself there's a lot of YouTube videos that will show you how. If you're somewhat mechanical you'll save a lot of money!

The shocks only lasted 6 months before they started leaking fluids.

Very pleased with these shocks. Replaced worn OEM shocks and they make a big difference in the ride. Exact match and easy replacement - the wiring harness matched perfectly. Time will tell how they hold up.
