Overall this provides the protection and support that you would hope it does. Its enough cushion without being a thick pad that might get in your way.However, sizing may be an issue. It runs towards the smaller end of the listed recommendations. Being at the larger end makes it a bit restrictive. Additionally give the arm hole size you need a slight build to use this. If you have larger arms you wouldn't be able to get it on. I see no option to upsize that aspect in the listing.

While this Double Shoulder Support Wrap has a sleek, discreet design and offers good coverage, I personally found the material uncomfortable and the fit quite restrictive. It also seems to run small, which made it difficult to wear for long periods. The idea is great, especially for active use, but it just didn’t work well for my body type or comfort level.
