Took 2 months to get it. When it arrived it felt like a toy. Took me 3 weeks to get the seller to take it back even though it says Free Returns. Amazon customer service was alao horrible. I felt like no one actually read the fact that it states FREE RETURNS. Amazon was telling me I had to pay for return. The item was of poor quality. No way was I going to get the quality I needed out of it.

Had this dough maker since September 30 this year. 3 months. May have used it 10 times. The photo shows the piece on the bottom how rusty it is. It shows up on my dough inside as well. Really need a refund or an upgraded one. Very displeased. I gave up my bread machine after years of using it , I had the same problem. Rust on my dough.

I just received this dough mixer. I have made 3 loaves of bread and it saved me a lot of work and mess. It does a good job kneading and proofing the dough. It is a light weight appliance with suction cup feet that holds it steady on the counter. It is easy to pick up, clean, and store. My stand mixer is so heavy and big, and I bought this to replace it for bread making. You can’t do massive batches of dough in it, but it is a size good for domestic use. Not loud either. It is a little bit pricey for what it is.Wear and tear, time will tell.
