Let me say I LOVE THIS CHAIR. it's so comfortable for sitting, gaming & lounging. It's a 2-human build because the back is really tall & sturdy & a bit cumbersome to hold in place whilst installing. But that means I feel very supported whether sitting or reclining.The wheels are good, the seat is so comfortable & thick. The support pillows are adjustable so they're perfect where you need them. The massage is vibration, which sometimes is what you want. It's a little loud, but so is my tiny dog so I usually have noise cancelling on my headphones so it's not an issue for me.As for the customer service, I am very pleased. There was a delivery fiasco, courtesy of the carrier & in no way the fault of Dowinx. They were with me the entire time, responsive to my cries for help & treated my frustrations with empathy & professionalism. Upon delivery, I took pics of the box & hoped for the best. After about a week the pneumatic lift began to fail so I reached out to Dowinx and the immediately & graciously sent out a new part. Once that arrives I'll update this review.I am 100% happy with Dowinx, their support, and my chair. I've been dreaming of recreating a his/hers office with my side pink & his side black and this chair is major component. Gamer to gamer: I can sit here all day & the chair is comfy the whole time.

When I found this chair the old reviews were so bad. I was nervous ordering it. Most reviews were bad and a few reviews were good but I took my chances ordering it in hopes that they improved the chair quality by now. My husband put the chair together and he did not have a hard time putting it together. It came together just fine. It’s very comfortable and I love the features it has, more so the cervical spine support and lumbar spine support with pillows. Not only do I love how beautiful it looks in my office but it’s an investment worth my health. The leg rest is what I needed, to avoid the bad habit of folding my legs back under the base of my old office chair because that would slow down my blood circulation and cause pain and swelling in my legs and feet by the end of my work day. I love that the back part of the chair adjusts upright, allowing me to sit straight and against my chair and pillows, unlike my old chair that did not support my back. I can adjust and lift the seat up high off the ground. I am 5 feet tall and I can barley reach the floor and I can’t reach the bottom of the base of the chair which will break my bad habit of folding my legs back under the chair. At this height level my legs hang straight downwards allowing me to avoid pulling my legs back behind the base of my chair. The cushion on the chair is very comfortable and firm. So over all I am so happy and comfortable with the chair. I love the cushion in the arm rest as well. I hope it lasts me while and I am looking forward to feeling better at the end of my work day. I can’t wait to recline the chair back and feel relaxed at the end of my work day. I will try to remember to come back in a few months to leave another updated review on the quality and update you all on how it’s holding up by then. I appreciated all the reviews that I read when it was my turn to purchase so I also had to leave a review for those looking into purchasing this chair.

I got this chair for Christmas 2019. The assembly could potentially be a little tricky for some, but with some patience, it wasn't too bad. The chair is comfortable and has customizable support with the two little pillows, foot rest, and recline adjustment. It also looks exactly like the picture.The fabric on the seat began to tear just a few months into owning the chair, and I finally decided to reach out to the company as after about a year, it's looking pretty bad (I do use this chair for several hours every day). Their response was incredibly fast and they offered either a partial refund or an entirely new chair of the same kind. I went with the new chair because I do really like the chair and am willing to stay with this brand since their customer support was so quick and helpful.

I got this chair for my sister's birthday back in December. She LOVED it. It's a very beautiful gaming chair, setting it up wasn't super hard to do. Fairly comfortable and the cushions are nice.However.. it has only been around 3 months or so and the fabric on the chair started ripping already. Not even half a year. Mind you, my sister is a fairly small girl. So it has nothing to do with the weight.I would like to contact Dowinx, but their website is closed temporarily and I have no other way have messaging them so I am writing a review here.The chair is absolutely lovely and very pretty, it's just a shame that the chair started ripping already.[EDIT: Their website seems up again and I emailed them regarding this. I shall update my review if or when they reply. ]Update December 10, 2020:I was finally able to get in touch with them through email. The customer support was very friendly and did their best to provide a solution. They gave me the choice of either accepting a refund (not the full amount but decent), or send us a 90% new chair for free. We are very pleased with the customer service so I will be adding in one more star.Dowinx, thank you for your friendly service.I recommend to you all if you end up getting this chair and something happens, please reach out to Dowinx. They are willing to help you in any way they can.
