Absolute garbage. Both fell apart first use. The handle broke off the longer one and shot the spring off and the small one completely fell apart and the claws fell out. If I thought I could find all the pieces I would send it back. Don't waste your money.

I flushed the hardened Spray foam down the toilet and it got stuck at the exit point in the toilet. Not even a plunger worked because it wasn’t soft tissue. The claw pulled out the foam that was blocking the exit point. This tool won’t work for very deep clogs as you would need a more lengthy tool.

This was delivered 5 minutes ago and I’ve already gotten the job done with it! I accidentally dropped a toilet wand refill in my toilet yesterday as it was flushing and it got stuck out of view/reach. I couldn’t tell how far in it had gotten stuck but with this I was able to grab it super quick. Saved me having to call maintenance!

My wife has been on me to do something about the shower's slow drain. I'm over 50 and my hair isn't what it used to be, so I know I'm not the reason. Just saying...Anyway, I used this and the drain is in fact draining. I wouldn't go as far as this saving my marriage or anything, but it definitely didn't ruin it.
