Unfortunately I was unable to get out a very minor clog with this. It was very cheaply made, and kinked and bended when I just needed it to push straight through the clog. This was a piece of junk wouldn’t even wind back up. Wasn’t strong enough to go thru the “p-trap”. It's not even as good as the normal one we bought from home depot.

This arrived broken unfortunately. The housing that holds the snake is a thin plastic. I sent an email to their support team, but it went unanswered. Lucky for me it still functioned and helped me to unclog my drain.

This plumbing snake is quality built and worth every penny. I had a slow draining bathroom sink. The snake went about 5 feet through the drain and cleared the clog, saving me about $100 in plumber expenses.

Useless junk. Wouldn’t recommend. Couldn’t unclog a straw if you wanted it to.

Did not work for a simple unclog of our kitchen sink.

The spiral metal wires seem a little too weak and would jam at the first turn of the toilet's drain hole leading to the toilet drain. I guess it works better for sink drain pipes. I just might have to take off the toilet myself to retrieve the blockage piece.

I got this 33ft long drain snake because I finally got tired of my shower turn into a bath and fill up everytime I turned on the water. The package came with gloves, which I was thankful for because it is obviously gonna be a little messy. The snake itself is a pretty hefty coil of metal, but the crank handle makes it easy to feed down the drain. It has also got a little locking screw to keep it from retracting while trying to work on the clog.My main clog was in the shower drain, so I fed the snake down and could feel it hit the blockage. With a bit of back and forth cranking, I finally felt it break through. Pulling the snake back out was a bit gross, but it did bring up the clog with it, a clump of hair and who knows what else. After flushing the drain with hot water, the shower was draining back to normal.
