Many more parts came with this than expected, but it's nice to have the options available for different drains. They seem to be flexible enough to get into drains to remove hair and blockage well so far. Have not used all pieces yet but is good to have them if the need arises

This has shown to be a very useful tool unclogging our tub. There was a ton of hair clogging the drain and this snake tool was able to easily resolve the drain issues pretty well. I was quite impressed by how easy it was to use and it did not require me to purchase any additional chemicals. I would recommend this to family and friends, as I think it is an essential tool to have in any house.

Everything that comes in this set is really handy and works well. The plastic orange ones were harder to pull out of our sink but the gaps were smaller than the drain itself so that is understandable. The rest all worked really well for every drain. I also really appreciate the little hooks they sent along with everything to hang and organize them. They hang nicely under the sink now instead of just being piled up.

This isn’t actually what I wanted to order. Not sure if it was me or Amazon that made the mistake, however, this is actually a useful set of pipe cleaner to have around the house.It is pretty simple, and provides options for cleaning out those hard to reach places.The set is pretty much as described. Nothing too fancy or technical, just basic options.I like that a set of gloves is included.

Not sure if this is a common problem but my wife has some excessive hair shedding issue. As a result my bathroom drain pipe is often blocked by hair. I tried many methods including using a toilet plumber and chemical, but none of them worked well. I saw some videos about this snake tool and sure enough I ordered this and gave it a try as it seems to be an easy solution. After using it and inserting into my drain, I wouldn't believe my eyes!! Mostly due to the amount of filthy long hairs that it was able to pull out! The tool came with more than what's showing on the product images as it has not two but four plastic orange snake tools as well as a metal device and some extra unclog tools. Using the orange snake plastic tool alone I was able to clean a good portion of the hair trapped inside the drain. The metal device will be useful for kitchen sink, or if there are some heavier debrises that needs to be cleared.... the cleaning devices would be work like cleaning tools for your tumbler except it's for your drainage. It was an unpresent sighting but honestly it was soooo satisfying to pull and see all dirty substances inside the sink! Kind of like picking your ears wax you just wanted to get them out !!😁 it was nice to use the cleaning tools afterward to give it a thorough clean.Overall, very satisfied with this as it is very easy to use and great design. Now my drainage is unobstructed and it's nice and smooth. I think every household should get one of this!

This is an amazing tool, and includes a lot more parts than what’s shown on the Amazon page. I’ve attached a photo of the complete kit. We haven’t needed to use it yet, but it’s definitely something we need. We’ve had problems with clogs that this will definitely help solve.The length of the snake seems to be uncertain. The Amazon page shows two lengths, 25” and 33”, but the photograph for both lengths show it to be 34”, and the one I received is actually about 60”! The photograph shows the grabber at the end opening to 1.76”. I was only able to open it to a little over an inch (I’ve uploaded a photo), but be warned: even opening it to an inch takes strength. Some people will have difficulty opening it that far.In addition to the snake, the kit includes parts I don’t know the purpose of, or even what their names are, but in a challenging situation, they may be useful. In addition to the snake, there are:- a pair of black plastic gloves- hooks for hanging the kit on the wall- a very long, skinny brush- a flexible metal tube with different size brushes at each end.- five plastic sawtooth things

This is one of the rare occasions that I received more than what is advertised. I received a Hair Drain Clog Removing kit. It includes a pack of 5 Pieces of the orange plastic Drain Snake Hair Clog Remover with small hook-like teeth, that is pictured in the advertisement. Two black gloves in a bag to wear during the unclogging process. One 35.5-inch metal drain cleaner tool. It has a claw on one end that goes in and out and is used for grabbing and removing blockages and hair from the drain. An 18-inch drain cleaning brush with spiral bristles that is supposed to help scrub away soft dirt and buildup on pipe walls. And finally, I received a pot scrubbing brush for some reason. Overall, a pleasant surprise, but unfortunately none of them worked in my clog situation. It would have been nice to have some instructions included for a novice like me (the metal drain cleaner tool with claw was the one I had to do some research on how to use).
