how do you know a good soft close slide from a mediocre one?
- 1.Open force: a soft close drawer slide shouldn't require a hard tug to open.
- 2.Closing force: the soft close slide must grab and pull a heavy drawer shut.

Ship in with a bigger box. The original box is open and broken, non of the slider is in the plastic bag and all the screws are missing.

The drawer being hard to open takes a bit to get used to. But the product is great. Install was harder than I wanted but it was my cabinets fault.

I used these for my trash pullout and for the most part they work great but the weight is becoming an issue I think.

There are many brands of these available either on Amazon or at your local big box stores. I've built a lot of cabinets and for furniture I always use Blum because they are invisible. But invisibility comes at a nearly ridiculous price, and they are a pain to install. These came in excellent packaging, are mechanically sound and the soft close mechanism appears to be very robust. The extra $2-3/pair over the cheapest side mount slides is well worth it.

Used these for some workshop cabinets. All worked great out of the box and function perfectly. If I have one small complaint it’s with the way Amazon packaged them and not the product itself. They were shipped in a large box where they could easily get banged up. I suggest checking them immediately after receiving them. Would 100% order again though.
