They require you to push them closed and are NOT SOFT CLOSE at all!!

I literally bought these way before they were to be installed as I wanted to make sure they were here when the contractor started on the closet drawers. Just yesterday they installed and are not soft closing and one set of ball bearings fell out!?!?!
