I do a lot of wok cooking on an electric stove. Every home should have one, very versatile and fried eggs won't stick!

I love this wok. It is excellent quality pan without the disk bottom. Heats up consistently and does not scratch easily.

This skillet is rated as compatible with induction. The pan bottom must be completely flat to get full and even heating. However, it's slightly bowed and performs poorly. This happened after 5 weeks of occasional use. It was flat when new. If you have induction, avoid this brand!

For the price this is an excellent quality stainless steel wok that can be used in a variety of cooking applications. I purchased it mainly to use with a 10" bamboo steamer and it is excellent for that purpose. The flat bottom cooking surface makes it suitable for frying and sauteing as well. I've used it for stir frying, scrambling & frying eggs for breakfast and for making a pot of spaghetti. Reacts quickly to changes in heat and is easy to clean. The included glass lid is a bonus. While the stated quality of the stainless steel is 18/10 it is noticeably thinner compared to my 18/10 All Clad cookware which is understandable considering the price and this could affect long term durability. As others have stated, the welded handle also could be an issue in the future.Although the manufacturer states it is dishwasher safe I would recommend this pan be hand washed only. Even the best stainless tri-ply cookware has been known to separate around the edges due to repeated dishwasher exposure but for this price you may be willing to risk it, your choice. All in all a great pan that has multiple uses in the kitchen at a good price.

EXACTLY what I wanted without paying $100 for a 2nd high end saucier. This is just over 3 inches deep and more cooking flat area than a wok. Sure it's a wok but more like a saucier pan. Will be perfect for flipping pastas, making sauces, cooking veggies. I love it. Looks really nice. It's a very fair price. It's perfect for what it supposed to be.and no interior rivets popping through to the interior of bowl. Great handle grip is awesome. A true wok should be carbon steel not stainless steel btw. I'm going to purchase the 24cm as well 9.4 inch. Buy this if you cook sauces and pastas. It's not Demeyere Belgium, Sardel Italia, or Made In quality but it is finished nicely not too heavy and looks rich.

Overall I am satisfied with this purchase at $30. The inside surface could have been buffed a bit smoother, maybe that will make it stick less. Without a METAL spatula with a decently thin edge to stir fry with, proteins and starch do tend to stick. Also I don't trust this spot-welded handle to last a long time. But for the price it is a very good purchase as I do expect this to last far longer than my previous non-stick woks. I will come back and revise this review if that turns out not to be the case. This is also one of the few stainless steel woks I found to be a PERFECT size for 1-2 people.1-yr update: Everything still holding up and working perfectly, it's now my favorite pan to use.

I have fallen in love with this kadai/Indian wok... It is perfect and is able to maintain an even temperature while cooking. It responds better to handwash than being in the dishwasher. Can accommodate cooking a dish for 4-5 people.

I had my doubts and I have tried so many different non-stick woks and pans before. These woks are hands down the best I have ever owned. Not a scratch after days of heavy use. Not one single scratch. It cleans very easily and hardly anything sticks to it. It heats up quickly, allowing for precise high-heat control when cooking. I highly recommend it and would buy another set if I had the space. Amazing wok.

The size is great. It comes with a lid.It is for my gas stove, which is the first time I’ve had a gas stove, so am still learning. However, I do know my pots and pans.* This is high quality, no inside rivets to worry about cleaning well.* Smooth inside, no issue cleaning.* Very well made.* I have other pans, however, this is now my #1 go to pan!* May need to buy more.

I first ordered the regular 28 pan but it was more of a frying pan/ skillet and was not as deep as I wanted. As another reviewer mentioned this wok is more of a saucier or chef's pan....which is exactly what I wanted. I use carbon steel for my wok but wanted this style pan for other applications. I have a similar pan in hard anodized aluminum which I love but we are moving to induction. The 28 is much wider at the bottom than a normal wok. It is a pan that is like a child of a frying pan/skillet and a sauté pan. I love the sloped sides for reducing sauces and for risotto etc. and i use it often for sauteing greens and other veggies. It is super easy to clean as there are no spots for food to cling to like where the walls of a saute pan meet the base. (also no rivets at all....making it that much easier to clean) It has deeper sides than a frying pan/ skillet so it is also great for keeping fat from flying when searing a steak etc....not my main use but notable. Time will tell but this will probably be a go to pan for me. I will report back in a few months after more rigorous use and you can't beat the price....I’ve used it a dozen or more times and really like it. It is lightweight for a clad pan but feels well made. It is responds quickly to heat adjustments and has been a joy to use. I have mostly used it to sauté greens like kale and spinach but also seared chicken, sautéed all kinds of veggies. It is also a great pan to make a pan sauce after cooking proteins. And it is great for risotto and polenta but you need to watch your flame/ heat source more than say an enameled iron pot or pan. At the current sale price of $31.50 it is a steal. I am buying more of them as gifts for family and friends.Latest: still a go to out of my dozens of pots and pans. Love the design as it is so useful for a multitude of cooking styles and ingredients. I can’t say enough good things about this inexpensive pan
