Yummy addition to my adventures in ramen making. It has a little kick to it because of the red chili 🌶️ peppers therein; not too hot though. Glad I gave them a try😁👍🏽.

I love these for an addition to some quick ramen. I would give 5 stars if the product was more affordable. Otherwise, great to have on hand. They will cook thoroughly if they are boiled for a bit (minute or so) before adding dried ramen.

These dried veggies are a great addition to soups, noodles, and rice. I love the pop of color and flavor these can add to dishes. Highly recommend!

My daughter is an udon fan and I sprinkled some of this stuff into an udon soup I made for her. She really liked it. There are shallots in the mixed, and I don’t eat cooked onions, so I am not able to give a second opinion. I would try to use fresh vegetables as much as I can, but I can see how useful this would be on certain occasions, like camping. According to the ingredients list, there is nothing other than the dried vegetables in this jar, which is great. It feels a bit expensive for a jar of dried vegetables but the price seems on a par with similar things.

I bought this jar of dried ramen toppings with camping in mind. Last year, I tried a different brand and was a little disappointed to have to eat semi-hard vegetable bits that just wouldn't rehydrate with my meals, so I was hoping for a better experience with this brand from Sihaso Store. It is indeed better. The vegetables rehydrate much more quickly, but they also just look better. They are fresher looking, and in larger sections, which makes the food looks and taste much better - and are a much better value than the tiny jar that I bought before for about the same price. Unfortunately, I don't think this first order will make it until camping season, because my family has discovered them and they are busy adding them to ramen, feeding dried veggies to the hamster, and even picking out specific vegetables to make up for small bits of stuff that aren't readily available in the fridge (the green onion slices into a miso soup, for instance). Dried vegetables come at a premium price, of course, so these won't replace everyday food, but they also mean that some vegetables are always available (with less waste, especially when just a small amount is needed), and are making eating at home as fun as when camping. I'm curious now to try some of the other blends offered by the seller, and hope they add more options.

The mix I got was 50% carrots. And barely any peas or corn it's good in ramen. just sad it's all carrots.

This is pretty handy when making Ramen noodles. I just add it to the boiling water and let it cook few minutes before adding the noodles. Taste great adding color and texture. Good value for the money. Added variety and good quality product.
