I used it for the first time today at work at my correctional facility. Holds my Mk9 perfectly. Leg strap stays tight. Top strap to secure the top of the holstered item is a little awkward. Wish the elastic band that holds the leg strap slack was a little tighter. Great product so far.

This is my second purchase of the water bottle holster. Carrying water is a must for long hikes and being able to put a couple bottles in a holster adds to the amount of water I can can within easy grasp. In Yosemite I had many asking me where I got these. The idea to create a water bottle holster was brilliant! Highly recommend for hikers. Buy one and if you have two legs you will be buying a second one once you see how easy these are to use. Depending on the size of your leg the leg strap may have extra material hanging that can be annoying. I simply used a paperclip to keep it out of the way. Not something to deduct a star for.

Great concept, but wish it was elastic because my water bottle fit very tightly and the seem tore. Just duck taping it to fix it because betting a replacement would do it too.

The strap that goes around the though just will not stay up! Even without any weight in it, the strap just keeps sagging and provides no purpose. Must return!

This thigh holster is sturdy and designed just right. It carries my giant work pepper spray (MK9) snug and it holds in place without the sloppy wobble of other holsters. It conveniently attaches to your duty belt easily with a velcro strap. I’ve uploaded a picture of a 16oz energy drink easily fit into the holster for reference. It’s definitely a good buy, I recommend it.

It looks, feels and works great. I use it on the motorcycle when riding and while hiking. The way it holds from the leg and the belt, and the way it locks from the top, makes it secure which is great especially when motorcycle riding.

Doesnt fit larger 24 - 32 oz and larger bottles. Didn't work for me, as a bottle that's necessarily small enough doesn't hold enough water for my purposes. This is more appropriate for keeping water to drink during outdoor activities, not endurance training.

This holster is well made and strong, but I would only use for a well fitted water bottle. I bought mine for bear spray 10.2 oz 290 gm and the bear spray falls out of the bottom when walking. Note: Updated with another picture of a modification. I have changed my original post and rating from a 3 to a 5. However unless you are prepared to modify the holster I do not recommend for a large canister of bear spray. I don't use small bear spray and I already had issues with the large cannister falling out. Over the summer have added extra padding on the inside of the holster and it now works with bear spray. I really like this holster as I can deploy bear spray without even pulling out the canister. I have deployed bear spray 3 time this summer. I shoot right from the holster and it save alot of time and maybe my life too.
