This product was actually easier to assemble than I thought it would be. The hardest part was peeling off the plastic protection film. However even with the protection covering there was still a few small scratches on 2-3 panels which I made sure were on the bottom & less visible. (Suggest using better packaging protection to help minimize this from happening) There were also 3 fasteners that had bad threads & wouldn't tighten up & will need to be replaced. (Suggest they include 1-2 extra fasteners of each size & consider designing for a Phillip screw driver versus a flat head) Overall the product looks & works great, our drummer was very please with the setup & how well the drum set fit inside. Very pleased

The product would of been perfect if “I” would of ordered the correct item.So it turns out you need to call them and ask for specific requst on everything cause what you see is NOT what you get. Note the corners and hinges on the pictures. Its the same pix for all of there products.So i messed up (should of read the description, correct).Long story short; dont call them unless your looking to be berated, belitted and your questions misconstrued. But you must call......aaaaaaaaaa!

Well designed! Nice hinges, easy to put together - needed a screwdriver, that's all. Packed well for shipping and arrived in good condition - and on time! Sound is considerably better - easier to control.

They do the trick. You can see right through it so the drummer has to wear pants. It's not that tall, so the drummer can't pretend he didn't hear you when you yell at him for speeding up. He has a monitor right next to his face so he really can't complain about not hearing anyway. Stupid drummer. The only problem is that the chrome hinges don't let it fold flat and I have to take it apart to move it. I think there's other kinds of hinges that work better but I haven't looked yet. Some lady flipped me off in the Costco parking lot today because I cut her off and that's all I can think about right now. Stupid lady.

Using this at my church for the drum set there, little shorter than I thought ( yes I know the dimensions are right there, but numbers in my head and then seeing it are two different things ) still it is very functional and could easily add deflectors in the future. High quality hinges and easy to setup/install. My only real opinion on them is that it could be 5 sections and not 4 to make it a little more versatile but other than that no complaints.

If you don't have the cash to spring for higher end shields, this shield will absolutely get the job done. However, there are a couple things that will annoy you about it.1. The hinges are made so the panels will only fold to about a 90 degree angle to each other. So, moving it is a pain, and storage consists of fanning out the shield and placing it next to a long wall (unless one removes the hinges).2. The panels get the job done as far as sound, but they aren't solid enough to stand without bending. The end panels will bend and twist, which not only looks bad, but makes the shield slightly less stable.HOWEVER, as I said, if you're not wanting to spend another $200 to $400 bucks on a shield, go with this one. It'll do the job. B+

This drum shield is a great improvement for the instrumental sounds at my church. I'm the youth worship leader at my church, so I bought this over amazon through the church. I haven't had any complaints at church, which is great. I'm looking at getting the deflectors for the drum shield to help more with the sound containment. I give this product 5 stars! ;D
