Step 1
Insert the T-shaped extension rod into the front tube, adjust it to a suitable length and tighten it.
Step 2

Sands very quickly highly recommend saves a bunch of time you can do a room in about 8 minutes well worth the money just can't stay in one spot too long decently heavy

the build quality is low. HOWEVER, if you are doing extensive repairs on plaster in situations where you need to go back and recoat/sand a few times this thing will pay for itself in one room.I hooked it up to a shop vac located outdoors with a long hose through a window. This worked absolutely phenomenally. I really can't stand chincy tools like this, however, so far I am very appreciative of it's relative value.I did not try the dust bag system as it looks like a POS.Well worth the money!I am very careful and gentle on tools as you should be with this one. I will update with how long (probably hours lol) it lasts.Update 4/24 : still working great! Tried the bag system. It's useless. Using a shop vac located outdoors with a long hose is the key.

Works well but we had to team up. The sander is heavy and hard to keep perfectly flat on the ceiling so one held it while the other stood on ladder and guided it. Maybe we are just weak, who knows. Good product overall, job got done.

Cons: Product is a bit heavy, has some dust scaping from the tube frame, is a bit noisy and hose adapter came loose ones.Pros: Good value, faster than sanding by hand or pole , 90% better dust collection,and has a disent light.I can definitely recoment it, time will tell if it will last a long time.Best way to use it is to place above you.

Out of the box the vacuum hose would not stay attached to the motor (another reviewer mentioned this issue). I had to go find a hose clamp to make it stay where it belonged. Also, there's no way to get the hose from the dust bag to stay attached to the back of the unit so my only choice was to tape it on. Ridiculous! Suction power is so low I still had to hook it up to a shop vac to control the dust at all. A real disappointment.

Wish I would have had this years ago this makes sanding drywall so much easier. I hooked my shop vac which isn't needed because it has its own dust collection bag but it helped improve the dust collection and it almost left no dust at all. It is a little heavy and the variable speed could improve but it's overall performance for the price was phenomenal. I left it on low and it worked just fine . It came with various grits of sandpaper. I found that 150 and180 work best for me also came with a bag to fold it up and store it away which is nice. It saved me so much time and money it didn't do the edges well even with removing the edge guard but overall I would give it a 8.3 out of 10. Would highly recommend this for smaller to medium size projects you won't regret it.
