What a great vibrating exercise machine. The steady vibrations really help with balance and muscle contractions. Because it enhances blood flow to the muscles, I've experienced less frequent pains in my lower back and calves.Being a fan of lymphatic drainage massage, I thought I'd also give this vibration plate a try to help with my lymphatic system and circulation, overall.I really appreciate the workout suggestions in the booklet, too. With different reps, working different muscles, it's really a great addition to my daily workout/exercise routine. The resistance bands are a plus!Though the vibrating exercise machine is 14lbs, it is a sturdy piece of equipment. Well-built and easy to use, this piece of equipment is easily movable to any location in your home to begin your workout, too! And, because of the compact design... it is soooo easily storable when not in use!

I originally got this to help my kiddo with his stimming to give him that kind of input. It works great for that reason, what I didn’t expect is it helps me too. I have horrible hips and back. I found that 10 minutes on this pad my hips hurt less and feel more mobility and slightly easier movements. After a long day on my feet I find it relaxing and equally helps my balance and core muscles. My kiddo is on it all the time playing his games or watching videos relaxed and stimming needs soothed. Solid purchase with multiple purposes. The only thing we are super careful with is how high we put the settings on, due to hard wood floors and how hard kr vibrates the room.

This is easy to use right out of the box. It comes with remote, attachment to do arm exercises, instructions and resistant bands. I put in my kitchen and my sons and husband also use. They are big guys and it works great. It doesn’t take to much space. Once you turn it on, your whole body vibrates - feels good and its good for you. There is an instructions that give you pointers how to use.

Finally! A vibration plate that fits my big self on it. I am well under the weight limit, but at 6'4 with size 15wide feet, it has always been a chore finding a vibration plate that will house these dawgs, but this one more than fits the bill. I love the ridges on this plate meant to dig into your feet as you vibrate on top of it. The variable intensities and remote make operating this plate a dream. I use it daily after my workouts as a bit of a cool down and it makes my joints feel so much better than back in the day when I didn't have this!
