I am 58 years old I have bad knees . I got it to strengthen my knees. I could barely get up and move and around now, I've been on this machine for a year and now I walk good, I can bend down my knees don't hurt all the time. The machine is amazing I'm on it everyday.

My phone broadcast on the machine!If Bluetooth is on my phone and I am looking at a video on my phone, the video sound comes out of vibration plate! WHY??? It’s not on Bluetooth? Scary!

I was surprised at how heavy it is. It's very solid. It was easy to set up right out of the box. The remote works well and has several adjustments to control. The lowest vibration is enough for me to start out with. I've not had any ill effects so far. I have experienced increased energy and its helped me sleep better because I've had less sciatic pain at night.

It’s very easy to set up but honestly the lowest setting has enough vibration for me. The itching was expected because I know it gets the blood flowing. Good quality but wish it had wheels because it’s kind of a pain to pull out. I’m impressed with the quality, just hope I see results

After using this for several days, I already feel a big difference in water drainage in my legs. I'm excited to ease into more uses this machine has to offer.It's substantial, large enough to stand on without the feeling of falling off. Controls are easy to read. Haven't tried the music yet, but I can listen to TV while it's working, I'm very satisfied.Update- Still LOVE this vibration plate. Using it nearly everyday, and it's helping to drain the lymphatic in my legs. Eating beef, bacon, butter and eggs ( dirty Carnivore) and this plus rebounding and walking has helped lose over 50 lbs in 8 months. Whoo whoo. Wishing good health to you all!

I ordered for myself. Does not come with great instructions. So had to google for some. Is really kind of neat. Worth the money for it. Good product.
