I have this out in the Nor Cal weather and it has seen a lot of rain. It has stayed dry and that is about all you can ask for. I can fit my entire outdoor seating cushions in this which saves a ton of garage space. Needed that extra bit of size for the large cushions and this delivered for a good price. Latch works well and the hydraulics all still good after a year.

The quality of the product is a 8/10, it is made out of a thin but sturdy plastic. Overall the assembly was easy! the pieces snap together and the instructions are very simple.I’m able to fit all of my patio garden tools perfectly! I live in the desert, it hardly rains but so far it’s completely waterproof! For a affordable price, this is a really good product.

Large storage deck box that was pretty easy to assemble. I don’t have it in direct rain but one of my chair cushions did get a little wet so I’d say it isn’t crazy waterproof. Looks great and holds a lot and keeps it from the main elements. Happy

I never write reviews unless its really awesome product. I was looking for a small shed to store a few bags of snow melt. Normally these little deck boxes cost more than they are worth. The price on this one was great and the size and description seemed a good fit. Not expecting anything sturdy for that price i ordered anyway. WELL WELL WELL was I wrong the quality of this item is unbelievable. It is very sturdy, It locks, Its water proof and it went together very quickly. I cant say enough great things about this deck box but let me add it looks great too..

Ordered this to use for storing a large artificial Christmas tree when I couldn’t find a tote large enough. It assembled quickly and was just the right size for what I needed. The deck box once assembled is extremely sturdy. The only issue I could see is with the all black coloring it will get extremely hot in direct sunlight.

I love this Deck Box! It is sturdy, has an option to add a lock if desired, keeps everything out of the weather, and looks nice on my back patio. Make sure you have someone there to help put it together - no really! I am someone who usually ignores that recommendation and can figure out how to manage building items by myself, but this one really does need a second person. It's not hard to put together, but you need four hands to assemble.

Giving it 3 stars. It was easy to assemble, but it doesn’t fit basic patio cushions for two chairs. However, it works for storing other smaller patio crap.

I bought this for my patio cushions as they are only water resistant, not waterproof. The cushions take up a lot of space and. Didn’t want to move them into my house or garage during inclement weather, so I figured I’d give this deck box a shot. It rained all ver night, and when I went out to check on the cushions, I found water on top of the box, and when I opened the lid, everything was bone dry. This box was a “must” for me.Assembly Notes:The first step calls for installing a metal bar, one of 3 included. For whatever reason, this bar is the only one that is placed on its edge, unlike the other two. It seemed a little strange to me, I couldn’t really tell from the instructions/diagram but went with it on the edge.Do not place both ends on to the front and the back. Only do one. You’ll need to slide the other 2 metal bars in their designated channel before putting the final side on. Once the front, back and ends are assembled, you will not be able take them apart. If you forget to install the metal bars and close up the ends, push a bar into the slot as far back as it will go and on the opposite end, draw a line so you can cut it off with a hacksaw. Leave the line though and maybe a little more as you’ll be able to separate the end a bit to get the other end of the bar in the slot. Shift the bar so you have an even amount at both ends then secure it with the plastic supports and screws.I made this mistake because I was careless and asked my wife to give me a hand. I figured I might as well get both ends on while she was out there with me. Don’t make that mistake, but there is the workaround I described if you did. I am 210lbs and sat on the lid. It’s sturdy as heck.
