Only one fit the wire harness on my 2018 Chrysler 300 but it didnβt lock on to the harness. The other 3 would not fit. Looks like itβs missing the groove to make it slide in correct. I really want these to work how do I get in touch with their customer service??? Is the optional wire harness plug and play??

You will definitely like this over the stock version. These LED Lights look so good you wonβt want to turn them off! No issues so far, I just hope they last!

I really did look around for some lights and this is what I chose. I'm giving a 2 star because I was able to kind of make them work but it took some cutting and alot of patience. They look great if your able to sit and fix them. The plugs on 2 did not fit correctly even though it stated my year and model. Great lights but they are the worst to install. Not really great for the money but they work. Customer service was not the best either which is why I decided to fix them myself.

First, all 4 FetonAuto (FA) lights are 'installed' and working - thanks to some Yankee engineering/rigging.Problem 1. Chry gave me extremely short wires on 3 of the 4 lights.Problem 2. If one looks at the Chry female plug head on - you will observe two wire holes ((the 2 dots in this cheap illustration)) (..] one side of the plastic is rounded the other is squared off. I found the Chry plug would only go into the FA light upside down - therefore the locking tab on the light is not engaged by the connector. The light with the long wire worked great from the get-go. For the other three lights, I had to come up with a rigged way to keep the connection together - as the short wire would eventually pull itself off of the connector. FA offers pigtails (B0CKVT2VL1) a set of 2 for a measly 13.99. No thanks - for a new connector with a bit more wire.Depending on how long my rigged lights hold up - if I re-wire, down the road, I will report back in a future part 2.Otherwise, the lights light up with a small light show that my wife really likes. They are also very bright and light up each side of the 300 much better than the single bulb OEM lights.Part2. The shortest OEM wire (Drivers Front) disconnected. My wife, and top assistant, suggested that I try the connection as intended. It snapped together - why? I don't know. I changed the rating to a 5 because the lights do look great. In the future - should any require service - trying the connection again will be the first step. So, as of this writing the lights, working and looking good, are as follows:RF - the longest wire - connection is upside-down no rigging.RR and LR - Rigged upside-down connection.LF - normal connection - not rigged.
