Despite being designed almost exactly like Magnaflow's perforated mufflers, these don't muffle QUITE as well as they do. Still, for the price, they work quite well. Just expect a little bit more rasp than the equivalent Magnaflow would give you.Note: I came to this conclusion by testing this muffler and a Magnaflow 14225 muffler back-to-back on the same car. SOund is similar between the two. Though, under load, the Dynomax Ultra-flo does have a bit of rasp to it that isn't present when running the Magnaflow.

Overall I am very please with the quality. I replaced my glass pack with this and the different is very noticeable. This gives my truck a nice growl when it first starts up, but still remains relatively quiet on the highways at higher RPM's. Very easy to install with U Clamps

Very pleased with the sound and performance I am getting out of this muffler. Just installed on my 98 Wrangler. Works great.
