All pieces arrived, some simple instructions would have been nice but its pretty easy to figure out. I think what it most challenging to assemble was that the pieces didn't fit together as designed and I had to hammer certain pieces to fit together. Not acceptable. I'm keeping it as I figured out how to rig it to make it work, but poor quality.

I like that they swing against the wall. But the Adjustable Sliding tubes can’t move, there’s a coating on the silver part that scrapes off when you push it into the wall mounted tube. I tried adding heavy grease but didn’t help much. So you don’t need the knob.

Hi i have all pieces except the mounts that screw into the wall? :/ it’s useless without them and not worth 60$ if i can’t use this.

Bought this so I could mount our large Thule rooftop cargo box on the garage wall to better optimize the space. Ended up being a great organization tool. It hangs next to the garage door below the ladders.The adjustability is great, Very easy to take in and out of the rack. I even did it by myself the first time! And if you really need to you can swing the arms out of the way to make more space when nothing is being held in it.The only problem is with the mounting holes. For some reason they put them side-by-side so there's no way you're screwing them into a standard wall stud. I ended up drilling through the original holes and the welded bracket to create center-line holes to screw into the stud. If you're mounting this on drywall you probably want to use a cross-board for support and won't need to drill the brackets.
