Nice for the price but returned due to the difficulty in working it. I was looking for something easy to cook pizzas. Unfortunately with this one you have to build a fire and keep it going. Unable to regulate temperature as well so risk for burning the pizza is high

Assembly was very quick and easy. I read the instructions and within minutes I had a nice fire inside the oven. I added another scoop of pellets and waited about 8 minutes before opening the door and checking the temperature inside the oven with a non-contact laser temp gun. The fire was already burned out.I thought maybe I hadn't let the pellets get going well enough... so I started over. This time the pellets were completely engulfed in flames.... I put them inside the hopper... added another scoop ... same results... fire went out.At this point I was suspecting the quality of the pellets... maybe they were damp... or just not good quality. Maybe the pellets were the wrong kind?I went inside and watched a couple YouTube videos and figured out the pellets were just burning really fast. When I removed the hopper to inspect the pellets, there was nothing there. MAYBE a tablespoon of ash was all that was left. Very clean burning.I removed the hopper, filled it about 1/2 full.... got it going with a propane torch... then I closely monitored the time and amount of flame inside the oven.I let it preheat for about 10 minutes ... flame still going strong... I put one of the pizzas in and set a timer for 3 minutes.... Yep... way too long... I removed a charred mess.... On to pizza #2... this time I set a timer for 60 seconds... and kept the pizza stone spinning. At about 90 seconds I was rewarded with a pizza that had mild charring on the crust.... The crust was crispy around the edges and bottom. The top had a little charred marking on the toppings, like my favorite NY Style Pizza, (Famous Ray's) but not burned. The taste was noticeably better than cooking it in a gas oven. This pizza oven is well made. Other home based pizza ovens I've seen do not have a rotating pizza stone .. and that is a big deal... this oven has a knob on the front that spins the pizza stone, allowing for a very evenly cooked pizza, avoiding hot spots inside that causes burned spots on your pizza. If you watch YouTube videos of other wood fired pizza ovens you'll see the pizzas are overly done on one side and not so done on the other side. This rotating stone delivers evenly cooked pizzas! Very well thought out. The materials are top notch. The fit and finish is on par with other ovens costing more money. The hopper is easily removable via 4 thumb screws that also have a Phillips head, making it easy to tighten and remove. If you don't have any experience with a wood pellet fired oven, I strongly suggest watching some videos before trying to cook with it. Once I figured out just how fast the pellets burned, and that I had to add pellets while cooking, things went smoothly. I am impressed with this thing. I love good pizza.... and this allows me to cook an amazing pizza at home! Love it!

Had high hopes with this unit, but after several uncooked pizza because the oven will not stay lit long enough to cook. We tried door on, door off but nothing seems to work. So disappointed. Of course we'repast our return time.

This thick cover fits snugly onto the pizza oven as advertised. It has an extra storage space for the stove pipe and has kept the unit perfectly dry after 2 rainfalls. It is easy to remove as well and secures with a drawstring.

WARNINGYou will have some trash pizza at first. =^-^=You must be prepared for some trial and error. (Don't let your first run be used for entertaining guests...unless you want a different kind of "entertaining".)It takes time to figure out how to make great pizza in ANY pizza oven so don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t turn out right away. You will have to play with the preparation, temp and cook time, but in the end it’s worth it !
