The first oven was damaged in shipping, one stone was broken. The second one was sent as a replacement for the first and it arrived with the oven corners smashed in and the stones shattered. currently awaiting a return shipping label for BOTH ovens. Nothing against Ooni mind you, I have 2 other ovens that reached me perfectly in the past. They weren't shipped through you know who, they were bought from Scheels online. they arrived via Fedex and were fine. It's a great pizza oven and we use them for woodfired pizza events. Buy one. they are awesome and available everywhere. Just don't expect much if ordering from you know who.

Best somewhat portable pizza oven. Only issue I've encountered is gas regulation. If you open the valve too fast you hear a hissing noise which is an issue with the gas being regulated in the pizza oven. at the pizza ovens been great.

We use this a few times a week and just love it. I highly recommend the propane attachment as the wood pellets are finicky and unreliable. We purchased the ooni kari propane attachment and I can confirm that it fits perfectly! Also make sure and get a sliding pizza peel as it helps a ton!!

After owning a classic high heat fire-brick wood burning oven made in Greece, this portable option is pleasantly quick & easy. My old brick oven required a minimum of 4 hours of hardwood fire before you could cook in it. The Ooni Pro is hot enough to make pizza in about 20-30 minutes. As much as I appreciate the wood fire option, the propane is sincerely the most convenient.I make pizza for my household once a week, largely due to the convenience and speed of this oven. I have successfully hauled the oven to a different location and set it up, made pizza in it for an hour, and was able to load it back into my vehicle 30-40 min later after running it. I highly recommend this oven for any pizza lover.Buy an aluminum pizza peel, the gas-fuel attachment, and a waterproof cover for this oven.

Ooni was my favorite thing ever. Sadly, After several uses the hatch warped, then the door would stick. Then, After a year and a half the door would not stay on, it would fall constantly which was dangerous for our animals. Last week it fell and the entire front cracked.Ooni, is it possible to order replacement parts?

I initially loved my Ooni Pro but encountered several problems after several uses. 1. the oven door with the temp. gauge will get stuck on the oven as it heats. No matter how you adjust the hinges as suggested by Ooni this continues to happen. I gave up using it. 2. the rear hatch door has terribly warped from the heat and no longer seals. 3. The wood fuel basket is now rusting. I now use my Ooni fueled by gas, no more wood fired pizzas.

Got this as an accessory for a vacation rental. It heats up really fast -- didn't realize that the wood burns down so quickly and needs to be replenished often, but easy to do. We got the Ooni pro which is the biggest of the ovens, but the large peel is way too large, so get a smaller peel. Arrived with part of a latch bent, not enough to be a problem; and part of the latch on the door broken. Sent a picture to Ooni, got a reply back in just a few hours, and they are sending a replacement door. The customer service is off the charts. Would highly recommend. And all the issues about a learning curve, I have to wonder what they are talking about. Just pay attention -- the pizza cooks really, really fast. Definitely exceeded my expectations in every way.

Easy to start with a small torch or good kindling. A breeze to learn to use but you need the right fuel supply. 8 “ oak split to 1-1/2” sticks are great. Pizza cooks fast and very tastyIt’s fairly large and heavy…but very manageable for one person when cold. We put it on a 18by36” table but no room for work space
