I live in a sub-tropical climate. It's hot, it's sticky, it's miserable in the car when it's been parked in the sun.....because for some reason the acres of asphalt parking lots that are so popular in our car-centric US never have any shade.You can have a great working air-conditioner, but your back will still be really hot because the seat back is hot. Not anymore! With a bit of adjusting, this gives great comfortable back support with the added benefit of air circulation behind your lower back.It seems to be good quality, but if for some reason it wears out or falls apart, I'm buying another one. Totally worth the money.

Installing on a steno chair takes a bit of effort. In my suv only the elastic horizontal band could be used to secure to the driver's seat

These are super easy to use in the car or with a desk chair for more comfort and ease on my lower back. I’ve tried many solutions for lumbar support and I find these to be the simplest and most effective so far.
