I use mine in reverse. I don't need lumbar support, but something to keep me up more straight than lean back. We bought a new couch and I didn't notice the natural lean. I have a bad neck and back and the angle was terrible. This has made a huge difference.

I have an oversized recliner, which has required me to lift my body with my arms, and push back, to receive any support when sitting. With this cushion, I don't have to do that anymore.

does what it said but gave up using it after a week. Everyone’s back is different on where you need support. and what feels best. For me a wrap heating gel pad stull works better.

I’m a big guy this pillow is to soft for support. The cover doesn’t stay in place. When you use it it starts to wrinkle. This pillow needs a much more support. I like the fact that the pillow is long it goes up my back for support. But it doesn’t have the support that I need.

I like the idea of this Lumbar support pillow, but it just wasn't robust enough to give proper support. The strap that holds the back in place tends to make the thin back support sag. The cushion on the seat and the back is just not supportive enough to give the support that I need. I like the idea and design, but it just lacks enough support to make it a great support pillow.

I am using this with my office chair and it's ok. Not as supportive as I would like it to be. I wish it were a bit bigger. But all in all it's pretty nice.

When I first opened this pillow and let it expand, I didn't think much of it. However, after trying it in various situations, it really is useful. It doesn't seem to give me lumbar support as advertised, but it's still a comfortable pillow aid for back and legs. I used it in my aging recliner to add a little extra cushion to my back. I also used it opened on the leg extension of the recliner to act as a raised leg support, and this worked well. I then tried it in my SUV, but the seats were too narrow for this wider cushion; however, turning it folded and sideways did work, and therefore it may come in handy on longer road trips. The removeable cover (with zippers for the top and bottom portions) is a plus. The cover is a soft material in a nice neutral gray color. The enclosed foam seems to be decent quality, and the zippers work well enough. The attached strap to hold it in place on chairs, is sturdy and easy to use. While the price may seem a bit high for what it is, I think that for the versatility in use, it is worth it, and I do recommend this pillow.
