The estimates of thermal resistance are very rough and NOT measured. I took off 1 star because heatsink manufactures should provide this info and not make customers figure it out for themselves. Also, they did not provide info on the thickness of the base and fins. I measured around 3mm of base thickness and 1mm of fin thickness. There were also a couple of minor rough spots in the base (didn't really consider that in the rating since a little sandpaper should take care of that).Personally I would not use this for a Peltier Cooler, I do not think it is big enough. I am looking to use it for some MOSFETs.

The bottom of these weren't very flat but 5 minutes on some 200 grit sandpaper and they are as flat as can be and they work great
