Pure Copper Heat Pipe
With direct-touch base technology, the product provides an optimized transfer of the heat to the pipe, and the heat pipe are arranged to receive the maximum airflow.
Designed for M.2 Slot Exhaust Holes
The cover restricts air inlet channels to be smaller than the outlet channels to keep the pressure negative. Since the expansion slot is near the intake fan, it has a structure that sucks heat from the exhaust hole with negative pressure.
High-Density Aluminum Fins
Plate-fin design of aluminum alloy features an excellent active flow and temperature reduction performance. The better heat dissipation of SSD heatsink, the higher endurance of your M.2 SSD drives.
Support All Sizes of M.2 SSD
Compatible with standard NVMe M.2 solid state drives, and fully tested with WD Black SN850, Samsung 980 Pro, and Sabrent Rocket NVMe 4.0. Support 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280 and 22110 form factors.
Various Thermal Conductive Pads
In order to accelerate heat transfer by filling the gap between the SSD heat source and the heat sink, the heat energy of the SSD is effectively transferred to the heat sink fins by thermal pads.

- Pink: 3.6W/m-k, 1.5mm

Easy to install. Not a major PS5 player, but since I updated memory, I wanted to protect that card with a heatsink. So far so good.

Using with an original PS5. Installation was easy and keeps temps under control extremely well. I haven't noticed any slow downs when running games directly off the drive. The opposite in fact, I'm seeing better load times over all and even slightly high performance than spec from my NVME drive. Which I do believe can be attributed to this heatsink keeping the drive very cool. This is great because this also helps with longevity of the drive.

Works great and looks good for a decent price! I don’t have the scientific numbers for how well it cools my SSD, and it might work just as good as a regular SSD heat sink, but it fits well and feels solid! It was also very easy to install.

Heatsink fits perfectly into my PS5. It seems like a better design to replace the original SDD cover with a large heatsink.

Highly recommend if you've experienced any ps5 over heat issues.Maybe like 20 minutes to install drive cause I'm picky with thermal pad placement.Includes a total of 4 therm pad packs, 2 being thicker, and 2 others thinner.Fits perfectly in the m.2 slot area in the ps5 with no clearance issues.Includes a riser pad to better contact the thermal pads to the drive.Includes a nice screw driver, seems durable.Didn't notice a single dent or scratch.I bought this because I once transfered 3 large ps5 games to m.2 and my drive overheated and ps5 shut down to prevent damage. That scared me lol. Tried with this cooler on and transfered games around again and no shut downs.

I use the SK Hynix Platinum P1 which can run a bit toasty at 7Gb/s in the PS5 so I got this for it. Great product engineering, superb heat management and quality design. Best cooler available for the 2nd expansion SSD port on the PS5 hands down, I've looked.Pretty basic and easy to install, make sure you choose the thin pad if your SSD is a 2290 and has a little bump over the IC's and RAM modules - so that the Heatsink and cover make good contact but won't mash it too much when the cover is placed back over the assembly and the heatsink is screwed back down (tight, but not overtightened). This will serve you well and extend the life of high performance SSD parts the PS5 requires. Thanks!

I'll have to update since it's winter. But so far it works perfectly. Fits perfectly, zero heating issues. But again it's currently winter. I live in desert town turned oasis of Bakersfield it gets hot here.Update...: Summer of 2023. This was an unusually hot summer. Horrid numbers I think only Arizona had consistently higher numbers. This product was well worth the price. I logged in a good amount of hours. Triple digit heat days 100°+F For Americans Nothing less than 37°C for others. Not a single stall or shutdown and I only cleaned the inside once this year. It still maintains its 5 star rating. It sits pretty flush. A must buy to keep your SSD at safe Temps.

Excellent build quality, great design and easy to install, different sizes and thicknesses of thermal pads and support pad. Making sure the heatsink maintains solid contact with the SSD and provides adequate cooling can ensure that the SSD doesn't overheat. It is strongly Recommended.

Love the idea of this and looks like a great product but upon opening the item the copper heat pipe slid right out of the heatsink, indicating that there is very little thermal transfer. Will be returning.
