I ordered this thing in October 2024 for use on my spring flowers. I began using it this week & worked great for a dozen times then became totally useless. Needless to say my return window was one month after order while unused in package. My money down the drain!

This machine works OK once you get some practice using it. I've never used one before so maybe that's it but I had a little trouble at first.

This is a cool and handy invention, BUT don’t get in a rush using it when you first get it. It’s kinda finicky and definitely has its quirks but after you get the hang of it it’s pretty handy. Also comes with lots of extra staples and tape so it’s a good bang for your buck.

This little device is going to save me so much time and aggravation. I wish they gave better instructions on using it. (You need to squeeze the handle twice: once to bring the tape to the other side of the machine and a second time to secure your plant and cut the tape.) it can be a little fiddly, but it’s a great tool!

Very frustrating to use. Directions are horrible. Luckily, there's a video in the product listing that helps. It takes a special touch to get the hook to pick up the tape without cutting it, so I wasted lots of tape trying to get it to work. If you do everything just right, it works well. There are lots of extra rolls of tape and boxes of staples, so if you can figure it out, you'll be set for a while.

Very intuitive to set up and operate. The instructions are actually not necessary and strangely worded. It takes a bit of practice to use at first to make sure the tape is lined up well when stapling, otherwise the staple is not well centered and sometimes the tape shearing is not complete. But with a bit of practice that device is almost like magic and saves a ton of time. It’s great value for the price and gets the job done on tomato plants, grape vine and bell peppers.I really like it

The tape is supposed to catch when the handle is depressed, but we could not get it to work no matter what we did. I brought up YouTube to make sure everything was loaded correctly and it was, so I don't think it was user error. This does look like an excellent and useful tool for the garden, so I spent a little more money and ordered another brand. I sure wish these sellers had a 24 hour helpline.
