We purchased this and retro fit radio for my husband's camaro. Picture quality is amazing and camera is not noticeable at all. Great addition to his 2013 camaro.I would highly recommend it. We had it and the radio professional installed, it was done n a couple hours and really not costly at all.

No installation instructions. Hardware bolts are cheap - one broke at only 20 foot pounds and was supposed to be torqued at 40 foot pounds. Otherwise, unit seems to perform as it should. Helped steering on my old truck.

Poor quality connector. The plastic connector broke at pin to wire connection point. The whole connector including the wires broke. The camera was used for only for 4 months.

no matter how tight you make the screw, when you close the trunk, the camera points down more and more each time till it is pointing all the way down.. there is no way to secure it so it is in any position other than all the way down. makes it dangerous to have guidelines showing the edge of where your car will be when each time it is different.

Plate mount makes the camera stick our too far to be safe in my case, tahoe bumper mounted licence plate, but the genius in this item, is the also supplied lip mount bracket, so changed location and mounted it safely under the bumper. Good image, parking lines and normal/mirror view selectable. Very pleased with the product.

It works great! the resolution is very good, very bright during the day, color reproduction too and is wide enough... you can read signs on the streets.The plate support that hides in the back of the plate is really handy...very nice product despite has a CMOS instead of CCD sensor (which is usually better on backup cameras), but it's 1/3" sensor so is bright enough at night too!Echomaster are the best backup cameras on the market.
