Advertised to fit 1999 to 2010 Subaru Impreza. I don’t know about the other years, but there is no external transmission filter for the 2008. Make sure to check if your model uses a filter like this before purchasing.

Subaru claims that this filter does not need to be changed. My ATF fluid was almost black (not burned) with 193.000 miles!!! replaced the fluid and the filter and now the vehicle feels like new.
