Has blown up twice and Amazon failed to maintain my protection plan on my return. Bought my initial one may of 2023 and in April of 2024 it blew up and had to get a return was not given the option to get coverage again was not told my 2-year coverage ended right after they sent me the replacement and exactly one year later the exact same thing happened again and it blew up the exact same way and now I have no coverage and got railroaded. No customer service phone number email only. Piss poor quality save your money and get something better

Worked at first with voltage up to 28v but Failed with a very big spark when connecting to a LiFeO2 24v 100AH battery being charged by solar at 29v. Now I have a brick, it seems.Surprised the unit can't withstand DC voltages common to modern batteries.

Had bought two, one fort each solar array. First one popped fuses and shorted with 28 vdc, amperage well under max rated. Dead.Thought maybe it was defective. Tried number two. Same story. Went to Amazon order page for vendor - copied and pasted email address to ask for refund. Gmail says address does not exist.

My experience with this unit is a bit of a mixed bag. I love how the unit performed and I love the advanced features of it. As you can see I've replaced the power cables with a longer heavy gauge set with specialty connector on the end to suit my needs. I ran this for 2 days in a row in the field in a truck that doesn't have an existing power inverter. The good:Voltage readout is very accurate and the unitscooling fan only Cycles when necessary. The unit did not seem to be taxed very much at all while running all of my electronic equipment. The bad:Upon first use I ended up spinning the ground stud on the unit and causing it to become loose because the threaded cap bottomed out, spinning the ground stud. This only happened because the ground stud was sticking out too far from the unit. That is not a design flaw, it was just poor fit and finish when it was assembled. It was a simple problem to correct because you can adjust the nut that holds it on the inside and shorten the length protruding from the unit preventing that problem from happening again. Normally I would have just returned the unit and asked for a replacement but I needed it right away because my regular truck with an existing power inverter is down for repairs at this time. The second problem with the unit is that the washers included for use can accidentally slide through the cooling vents if you drop one when you are installing the unit. I had one fall inside the unit while I was moving it to a different location and I had to disassemble it to find the washer and remove it before turning the unit back on. I don't use the washers when tightening down the power cable anymore and it still works fine.Other thought:The two stupid problems that I had with the unit are probably only something one in a thousand people will experience. There is a very small wrench and some spare parts included to replace items you may have damaged when opening the unit. I used a set of vice grips on one of the hardened plastic standoffs that insulate the ground stud when I was opening it to look for the missing washer. It was fortunate that it came with a spare set of those plastic standoffs because I don't know what else I could have done if I didn't have a spare. They are very hard plastic and quite brittle. Use care when you are disassembling the unit. This thing is not ruggedized and is not going to stand up to a lot of abuse. If you plan on leaving it in one place that is not prone to excessive vibration or jarring it's probably going to be okay.

Bought to build a portative power pack powered by 7s15p of 3000mah lithium cells. Work great. Tested up to 2100w continious before it trip. It can easily power my keurig 1500w cofee maker but if add a toaster with it it will trip after some time in overload as expected. It makes less harmonic noise than cheap canadian tire 12v models. Just with picky elecyronic device it may not work properly because of the waveform not being pure sine wave. Voltage increase with load so it is more stable for load of 100w and up than small electronic devices. Overall works better than expected for the price

Hi Guys, I really wanted to like this product but my first one broke and I thought I would get a second one and could use the first for spare parts if there is a problem but the second one wont even run 2 100watt led lights. I wanted to run a heater and the lights which is about 1000 watts and it does neither. I made a social media post with it that has 40,000 views but I am going to have to go back and update it because it just doesn't work properly and I don't want anyone else to run into the same problems. It will probably run some christmas lights but forget about a drill, saw, space heater, highbay lights, charge an EV I have tried all of them and it does none of it. :(

I have one and very happy with efficency and start up power most common households include mid-size 9 BTU portable ac. Continuously used on last 15 months. My inverter never dropped under 122 volts even listed 110v. I just don't know new items are the same way. Only one time blown fuses when I plugged in my big 14 BTU portable AC. If you're handy, you can do it.

Only one review so far and they said it didn't work. I hooked mine up and it worked great. I used it for about 9 hours on day one and everything worked. I don't like that the remote switch only works while the inverter switch is on the off position, but it's better than always having to go turn it on. I used this for my rv so when I turn my batteries in it comes on.

Good inverter! I hooked it up to my homemade from all missmatched parts solar system that makes roughly 900watts. Im using a set of car jumper cables with the built in volt meter that are hooked to a single pair of 12v deep cell batteries wired in series to make 24v. The inverter has been indoors mounted on my living room wall and I have left it turned on for 3 months straight now. Running smart tv's, internet router, lights, fans, chraging phones and even a small 5000btu window ac unit. Imverter works great. Only thing is that its sensative to overvoltage and sudden amp draw. At 29.2v it safety shuts down, and if the ac unit kicks on full power when batteries are already low and the solar charge controllers dont respond fast enough, the inverter will safety shutoff again. Basically a solid unit that seems to have underpowered or not many capacitors built in.
