This is a simple product but it works well. You get lots of each type of number - units, tens, hundreds and 1 thousand block. It's a great way of teaching the link between numbers on the page with real life units and tens.Everything is made out of colourful plastic making it easy to see what is what. The plastic is hard and durable - it will put up with drops and being really used.

Great manipulative to help my kids learn base ten. This is how I learned it in school too. Some books make it too complicated.

I enjoy the fact that each different block value has a different color. These base 10 blocks I have found more useful than the old ones I had due to all color coding as wel. Due to the color coding my students are able to easily understand base 10 values better.

I had these as a kid and I wanted my son to have the same. Very easy to use. They came packaged well. They appearance in color is very bright a great size and have plenty of blocks. I do think they could be a bit cheaper price was but overall they are a good buy for learning.

This has been really helpful with my son, who is learning Grade 2 math on Khan academy. It really helps him to follow along with the course online - giving him something physical. We were using Lego blocks before - but these are better as they're all the right size/length etc!

These have been life changers for our first grade homework! They are a nice durable material. Large enough to handle but small enough to store easily. There are others out there but the price on this one can't be beat. I'm really happy with how this has helped my son in math.

Product arrived in an open, unmarked box. Was very obviously not EDX brand or quality. The activity book that comes with EDX set was also missing. I paid for a new set from EDX. What I got was a used set of some low quality brand with scratches and dog teeth marks.

El material es bueno, no tiene rebabas o filitos que pudieran lastimar, tiene buena calidad, no es como las perlas pero sirve súper bien para su cometido y a mi hija le encanto y le facilita las operaciones.

Prior to this whole schooling from home situation I honestly never thought to purchase any formal base ten set to help my kids. That being said I certainly wish I had done so sooner, as a former home schooler, I always aired on the side of innovative to help keep costs down, but these are seriously such a beneficial and useful tool for kids. I was happy to find that these come in durable little baggies which will help with keeping them organized. I also like that this set comes in multiple colors which I feel is helpful with the thought processes and association of how each color represents the different units, in turn this enables the kids to tackle math with ease. Kids are visual learners and prefer learning through hands on experience and these give them just that. I think the younger you can start the kids using these the easier and quicker they’ll pick up on math concepts. My youngest is developing so much quicker because I’m providing more tools such as these. I know the price point may seem a bit high, however when factoring in the thickness, durability, and if you have multiple children, you will get your money’s worth as these are sure to last for many years to come. I’m very happy with my purchase.

We bought this set for my 5 yr old granddaughter to supplement her math curriculum apps (online learning). The biggest issue is that they don't sell tens rods and ones units separately, and you will need more of those eventually. Also, the 100s plate is not sized for 10 of the 10s rods to fit on it. We ended up buying another set elsewhere that is interlocking and where the pieces fit better. It's a good set otherwise.
