Do not waste your time buying this the beaters are metal but all the rest is a plastic I used it to mix with it went roughly and then completely jammed it went straight to the garbage. they definitely do not work like the old ones did don't waste your money garbage.

This device is really only good for beating eggs. I found it to be surprisingly light which would bring up durability issues, except when being used on viscous liquids like eggs. The device is easy to operate and easy to clean. It provided excellent results with far less effort than using a fork. All-in-all, this is a useful tool that does what it is designed to do. I would rate this a solid 4-stars and recommend this pocket friendly cooking utensil.

This is flimsy plastic and has flaky metallic paint on it. Would not recommend for anything but the trash bin.
