This shelf feels sturdy and it was easy to build. We have Barred Rock and Buff Orpingtons and their eggs seem to fit really well. If you have chickens that lay bigger eggs you may need to store them upside down to fit the slots, but it definitely works for our needs. I added some pics of wood filling that needs sanding and a smear in the stain, but it wasn't a deal breaker or worth sending back since I could just put that shelf on bottom, but quality control might see this and be able to catch it on the future. I'd say it was worth the price based on the others I've seen, but $20-25 would be an easy buy.

The instructions were simple and left off the step for installing the screw covers, but the assembly was easy so that wasn't a problem. The wood is smooth and beautifully finished. We one egg crack from getting too cold at the back of the fridge so we moved it to the front/side and haven't had an issue. The spilled egg was easy to clean up.A beautiful addition to the kitchen for farm fresh eggs!

This wooden egg holder is not only functional, but aesthetically it is beautiful. It fit’s into the decor of our room perfectly without drawing attention away from anything else. You can see the quality in the grain of the wood and the durability. It is built very sturdy and makes it easier to store eggs as the kids bring them in. This holds up to 36 eggs neatly. This was packaged well and shipped quickly. I would direly recommended ties item.Just so you know, this review is from an impartial opinion. Amazon sent this product to me to review, so you know this is an unbiased review.I believe if you get this, you will not be disappointed, it is pretty straightforward and exactly as it is posted.👉Disclaimer-My review is part of the Vine program on Amazon. They chose us to give our honest opinions/reviews in exchange for products at a reduced price. I have to pay taxes on the items, so they are not completely free. Here is my personal rating system:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Five Stars - If I absolutely love the product and it exceeds my expectation, I will actively suggest the product to the people I influence and would purchase it again myself as needed.🌟🌟🌟🌟 Four Stars - I really like the product and it does what the seller claims it would do. I would more than likely recommend it to someone if I knew they were looking for that product.🌟🌟🌟 Three Stars - The product is standard, and for the most part does exactly what they say it does, but I would specify any differences. There may be things about a three star rating that I don’t like about the product. If I knew someone were looking for that specific item and I recommend it to them, I would also share with them the reservations that I have.⭐️⭐️ Two Stars - I take low ratings seriously. I also take seriously issues with products after you have spent good money on them. In this case, I would probably never recommend anything that I would rate two stars on, in fact, I would probably tell people so they would shy away from it.⭐️ One Star - it would take some serious issues to get a one star review for me. A bad product and bad customer service would do it though.I take pride in giving honest reviews & hope this review is helpful to you! 🤗

This Countertop Egg Holder is solid wood. It came very well packaged to prevent damage. The screws and things were in a plastic bag stapled and held in place with a ribbon on the box. I'd never seen that before. It does come with instructions but its very straightforward. The sticky strip that's included is to hold the little wooden buttons that cover the screws. There seem to be more 24 egg holders on Amazon, but I wanted to make sure I could store a little more than that and this one holds 36. It's thicker than it has to be which gives it a good presence on the counter. While $30 is steep for an egg holder, it is a one-time purchase. So it is worth getting if its the style you are after.

I got this for my dad who has hens for fresh eggs. He had nothing nice to store them in on the counter, He likes them to stay room temperature. It is very attractive and he can keep up with which ones are the freshest. Pictures incoming. It came boxed extremely well and was easy to assemble.

Love the ease in which it put together. Also very impressed with the quality of the product. Not Bosswood.

Assembly was quick and easy. The pegs that cover the screw holds could use a little more attention in the design/engineering but we made them work. This is thick, but very nice looking. Holds a sufficient amount of eggs, but not made for bigger duck or goose eggs.
