Received them quickly. Used themtoday and they worked so well. I made coddled eggs. I sprayed one cup with nonstick and left one with no spray to test it. They both worked fine. The sprayed bowl of course slipped right out, but the non sprayed came out clean as well.

This wold have been a 5 star review since it made amazing eggs... Once. Too bad, during the second use 2 of the egg cup "handles" disintegrated.

I was disappointed with this egg poacher. It is NOT non-stick!PROs: I liked the handle in the middle which allows you to insert/remove the egg poacher with all the cups in place. I also really liked the little handles on each cup with made it easy to remove. The cups were also very deep.CONs: Even though I coated the egg poaching cup with a bit of oil, they eggs still stuck! I have a very old egg poacher with a non-stick coating that works perfectly. They should not sell this egg poacher as "non stick".So disappointing as I liked everything else about it.

I have always wanted to make Eggs Benedict, but poaching eggs never worked out well for me. The Fuexmotco Egg Poacher, however, changes all that. What you get is 4 stainless steel poaching cups woth a stainless steel steamer rack allowing you to poach 4 eggs at a time. Also included is a silicone spatula to aid in removing the poached egg from poaching cups. The design is ingenious....and it really does work, allowing you to quickly create poached, soft boiled, or hard boiled eggs (determined by how long you leave the eggs steaming in their respective egg cups). The Egg Poacher and it's rack does appear of high quality and is built to last. The concept is simple.....you need a pot/pan that is at least 3" tall and that has a lid. You place a small amount of water (1" high) in the pot/pan, cover it to get it to boil, and, once boiling, place the egg poacher in the utensil for the desired. time. Make sure to oil the egg cups slightly prior to placing the raw egg into it to aid in removing the egg from the egg cup....otherwise, you will create a mess when trying to get the egg out. There are two issues to be aware of (and the reason I took off a star). First, the instructions do not mention how much water to put in (the video shows you can use the handle of the spatula as a guide to how much water to put in but there are no marks on the handle). Suffice it to say, grab a ruler and measure where on the handle an inch is. Remember, you are putting the water in the pan only to create steam for the eggs to cook, not to be high enough to actually boil the egg. Second, they do not give you a hook or something to lift the now hot steamer rack out of the pot when your eggs are ready. I used silicone gloves but a kitchen towel or hot mitt will do. Finally, when removing the egg, make sure that you place the top, flat portion of the egg face down on your English Muffin for that great poached egg appearance. Now, all you need is the Hollandaise sauce

This egg poacher is pretty handy. I like creating breakfast sandwiches like bacon and egg or sausage and egg English muffins, croissants, biscuits, etc. This makes it easier to get the egg just the right size and thickness. The small spatula that comes with it is helpful to get the egg out without sticking. I do spray the wells with non stick spray and the eggs come out without issues. I use it a few times a week and I really like it.
