Typically I just use the egg shell itself to flip back and forth to separate eggs, and too often I get the yolk mixed in with the whites. I have always wanted to try an egg separator and glad I did. These worked great and were very easy to use. No egg yolk mixed in. Colors are nice but not sure why the need for 4 other than to give a few away. Would recommend.

I usually just use my hand to separate my yokes which works 99% of the time but these looked fun and less messy. They are solid spoons with a larger scoop part to hold the yoke. Super easy to use. Not sure I’d need more than one but for the price having extras is great. Colors are pretty as well.
