The hardest thing was getting the old blade off. Had to let some wd40 soak in for a bit. Even so, only 15 minutes total to get the new blade on.

I bought this blade replacement for my EGO lawn mower and could not be happier. This blade is built to last and it has very durable construction that ensures it stands up to regular use. Third one of these I’ve bought j in we the years. We have both a first generation Ego mower (20”) and a yard that grows rocks. Far easier to replace the blade every other year or so than to find a place to sharpen it. Simple replacement as long as you brace the old blade to prevent it from turning while loosening the the retaining bolt. Also … don’t forget to remove the battery first!

My old blade needed to be sharpened (a long time ago) and had a few decent chips in it.. so instead I got a new blade and my lawn thanked me for it. Pretty easy to install - does the job! Happy!

I decided that it was much more economical and more to buy a new blade for my mower then to have the older one sharpened. Plus it would take more time to take the mower to a shop to sharpen blade. It was so much faster and I didn’t have to leave my mower with anyone to get my new blade.I got my electrical mower for many health related reasons. But in the end it’s way more inexpensive to use this type of mower. It’s way more environmental friendly too.Some men may not like the fact that they would have to charge the battery each time you use it. And if you had a giant lawn you might need more then one battery. But for my yard I can mow it all on one battery charge. I don’t have to worry about pulling the cord to start it. I don’t have to worry about if there is gas in the can each week I mow.But the best part of all of it was going electric has helped save me so much money and I’m not having to leave my mower or get it serviced every year. The vibration is also a great deal less

I live alone now and know nothing about grass cutting and lawn mowers. That's why I decided to get a battery operated one. This is the 3rd season of use on a half-acre lawn and the cuts were looking sloppy so I was thinking it was time to get a new mower. Maybe one of the self-propelled ones! But frugality won out and I decided to try a new blade first. A kindly BIL installed it and off we go! A huge improvement for $20. Cheaper than a new mower and much less complicated than a new husband.
