I have been trying to register my products!!!! This snow blower uses 2 batteries and a charger. Customer Support is the reason that I have given this product 1 star! If you purchase this product, good luck trying to register!

Only used once so far but by far the best product I've used for snow removal. Super lightweight and easy to move around but also heavy weight removal. I also love that you can customize your kit. Super convenient! Also the store was really fast and when i had a question about the product they responded quickly and super helpful
