Bought this snow blower, delivered 12/12/2024. Used it once, went to use it last weekend and it won’t work. The wheels won’t continue moving when placed on the ground. Called ego for some support, rep could not trouble shot, and said we would have to pay for the repair unless it was deemed to be a defect. Are you kidding me, we used it once…..registered the product and call ended. Called back this week and was told an email was sent telling me where to bring for repair. No email was received until after the call. I have to make my own arrangements to get the machine for repair. Again are you kidding me, used once. Called location and have made arrangements to have machine picked up on my own dime……i read the reviews ahead of time and felt this would be the perfect machine for my needs, the first time use was great, started right up, moved the snow, I would never recommend based in the follow up customer care I received. The issue is not a user error as I used it once already.
