These frames I've used in the past, and they are great! They have plexiglass for the glass, which is protected on both sides by a plastic film that is easily removed. I use them when I present copies of my poetry work to special folks for special occasions. Well made, easy on the budget, they look and perform great, and they're just the right size to not overpower a wall.

Frame size is good. Like the paper on the inside and the look. Only issue I have that the gold trim chipped or flaked off like 2 days after I couldn’t return it. They still look fine, so…

This is a pretty sturdy diploma frame, and I do like it, however its not quite what I was expecting. The add shows that the gold matting is removable, which I was planning on doing, for a cleaner look. Just with the red solid frame. But unfortunately, the other silver looking trim, between the red frame and the gold matting...is part of the frame itself, and not the outer edge of the matting. and it actually is gold itself, more so than what you can tell in this picture. Meaning ofc that you cannot remove that, and it will always have that shiny gold border around it. I find that a little bit tacky, as if its a good accomplishment you can just let the piece of paper speak for itself, as it feels like the gold stuff is trying to accomodate for some lesser accomplishment. So I prefer a cleaner look which looks more professional imo. And unfortunatley you cant get rid of all the shiny gold stuff on here, only the gold matting. So it leaves it looking a little bit "cheaper" to me, despite the frame actually being quite solid and good. So I do like it, but I can't use it for what I intended and the add wasn't clear on that and didn't show how shiny that part of the frame actually is. Its quite reflective in person, looks more gold than silver, and catches your eye very easily and is too "flashy" imo. But for those that like the flashy...it can also be great probably.
