These look as pictured, perfect sizes, sturdy for toddler & pals to have fun learning from percussionist G’pa! Kids need to see where music really comes from; instruments like these remind me of what we used in school waaaay back 👍🏽

My children love these toys. They are made of real wood. Good quality, durable and sturdy. Definitely worth the money. They came in a nice canvas bag to keep them all together.

I bought these for my baby who is now almost 11 months old. It came nicely packaged with a soft drawstring bag to store the instruments. The quality of these toys are great and the wood is nicely polished, so I feel comfortable letting my baby play with them. Finding a toy that my son will actually play with and hold his interest is rather difficult but this one is a keeper. He loves going through each one and shaking them around. They’re great noise makers and the perfect size for his little hands and I know he will grow to love them even more as his dexterity improves.The tambourine came a little chipped, probably from rough handling during transit, so I contacted the seller to let them know and they offered to replace it with no questions asked. I was very happy to receive a brand new set 3 days later.Overall the products were excellent and customer service was even better. I’m waiting for a different instrument set that I found and purchased from the same storefront and hope that it meets expectations. Would surely buy again.

This is a really beautiful set of wooden musical instruments. We looked for a while for a set that would be safe from an early age on and when I first saw this set in all natural wood, I immediately bought it.It looks as beautiful in person as on the pictures and the instruments are really sturdy for our now 10 month old to play with (we got it 2 months ago). She can easily use all the instruments and the only one I'm especially careful with are the two bells (they don't have any small parts but are screwed on the wooden sticks - I think a baby teething on this could potentially harm themselves so I'd be careful with it).The only thing that really annoys me and is the reason for the deducted star, is that some parts are very rough. Most are smooth and don't require any treatment but it took me hours to smooth the very rough edges of the fish shaped instrument with a sandpaper. It wouldn't have been possible to give our LO this the way it was, she would have gotten a splinter for sure. I'm not sure if this is the case in every set since all other instruments are fine but I shouldn't have to deal with a brand-new set in this way.Despite that, we really love it and more importantly our daughter loves it so we highly recommend it. It comes with this little sack to carry, which looks really cute. Our daughter likes to take the instruments of of the sack herself to decide which one she's going to use. Due to the materials, this is also a great choice for a Montessori household. I also can imagine that this is great to buy as a gift (although I would check that everything is smooth if I would gift it).

These are extremely high quality with beautiful natural wood. They would make a perfect gift for any child 18 mo- 6yrs. I purchased this set because now that my kids are in school at home, I didn’t want them to miss out on music time! These instruments are perfect for my kids (3 and 6) - no small parts to break off. No toxic paint to chip off. Comes with a lovely little backpack to store everything away in when they aren’t playing. I couldn’t ask for more!!! Much much better value than the Melissa and Doug sets I looked at in stores. A must buy!

These are so wonderful! My one year old loves music and I was trying to find the perfect music set, and this was it! I did not want something plastic and wanted something safe in case he put them in his mouth. Which, let’s be honest, all children do. The tote they come in is really nice, but I have the set in a cute little bin that sits on our shelve so he can see them and take them out when he wants. The only thing I was nervous about was the mallet with the round tip, so I put that away until he’s older in case it breaks if he puts it in his mouth. I also didn’t want a set with 50 pieces, this was the perfect amount. A lot of other sets are way too stimulating to look at and just look cheaply made. This was high quality, simple, sustainable and I think allows for more creative play. I love them and would definitely gift these to someone!
