I find it strange/bothersome that the xylophone has 7 keys instead of 8, which would make a full octave.

I'm most impressed with how well the actual instruments work. Every instrument on this toy sounds good, no flat drums, no muffled xylophone, no muted cymbals, no lifeless chimes etcThe over all durability and build quality is great . The finish is smooth with no rough edges or sharp parts anywhere. The wood is solid and all joined parts and snug.My daughter really likes this toy. She's in that pulling things apart and putting them back together stage, so it's nice that the drums are removable.The hook for the chimes is also removable as well as the chimes themselves.The removable pieces do fit in snug so if they aren't pulled out straight they will feel like they're stuck. If your kid is still in the just yank on it stage, it could be a little frustrating but it really is a fun toy.It took about five minutes to put together and everything was very easy.

My granddaughter loves this. The chimes come out to easy and that is her favorite part otherwise best toy for toddlers.

This is such a great little musical set! The varity is wonderful, & offers good choices. It's a great learning set to a quaint the kids with music appreciation, timing, & sound. They love all the different sounds they can make, & it entertains for a good length of time. They're quality made, & so far are durable. They appear to match instruments in looks. Now.....you have to know....the noise is inevitable! Lol But so worth it to see the pleasure while the kids 'play' their instruments.

Not the best quality. It falls over easily, the chime attachment doesn’t stay in the hole & falls out & one of the drums doesn’t fit in the hole all the way. It’s pretty cheaply made in my opinion.

I was very hesitant in buying this product because I had seen there were no reviews and it was recently posted. Hesitant, but EXTREMELY desperate 😭 I had previously purchased the exact same item from a different vendor off of Etsy about 3 weeks prior and for $40 more expensive. All was well until the Etsy seller informed me that they were "out of stock" of this item and it would not be available until after Christmas. I took my refund and came onto Amazon, not expecting to see this item , but in search of something similar that would arrive much quicker. After seeing this , I was happy, yet scared, to be the first as I'm usually one to read all the reviews before making a calculated purchase. I saw the dimensions were the same as the one off Etsy and took a leap of faith and my risk was well rewarded 😭 I received this beautiful musical set way earlier than expected as it is shipped from overseas and in time for Christmas.Highly recommend as it is worth your dollar, especially as a gift to a music loving toddler. I'm so excited for my 18 month old nephew to receive this. Sturdy and came without a scratch. Love this !!
