  • SIM cards can be used on unlocked devices. If your phone is tethered to a carrier phone, it may show that the SIM card is not valid, try using another unlocked phone. Settings/Cellular/SIM => EIOTCLUB => data roaming is turned on

  • Our SIM cards do not support 2G networks and only work with unlocked 5G/4G/3G devices. If you are not sure if the device is unlocked, please consult the seller of the device.

  • 1. Restart your device;

    2. Check your signal;

    3. Toggle Airplane Mode;
