Don’t buy this the bike I got is defective put together as it says in the manual my son got too ride it one time and the whole wheel fell off he was going 30 mph these people are refusing to let me return it and give me my money back I’m not happy this e-bike is trash and I wouldn’t buy it

Issues :1st off Love the bike had it for a week now only issue I have is that the back tire feels unbalanced when I'm riding I feel like I'm bouncing. I also noticed that the rims have a line in them I don't know if it's just a seam in them or a crack. But would love to know how to fix the bounce I feel while riding. Also don't know if the cord near the pedals is supposed to have electrical tape on it or just a little bit lazy design.Other than that I love it. It arrived earlier than expected. I've road it for about 29 miles and only to charge it once so far. I'm 6"3 270lbs and I get it up to 31mph on full charge just throttle and about 26 on low battery. Never put the pegs on because of my size no one will be riding with me I sit on the back half of the seat and feel like I can pedal perfect.

This is a good bike and well worth the money. Very powerful and good suspension I would buy again.
