Operating Instructions:
Position the Electric Can Opener On Top of the Can, Ensuring the Rim Is Placed in the Groove Between the Cutter and the Drive Wheel.
Set the Can On a Flat Surface, Press the Button for About One Second, Then Release It; This Will Start the Cutting Process.
Once the Can Is Fully Cut, Press the Button Again to Reverse the Cutter.
Wait for the Cutter to Return to the Starting Position, Making Sure That the Motor Stops. Then, Lift the Electric Can Opener Off the Can.
Helpful Tips:
If the Batteries Are Low, You May Need to Replace Them As the Can May Remain Stuck After Pressing the Button. Simply Slide Open the Battery Door and Insert 2 New AA Batteries to Restore Functionality.

Took 3 tries to finally item a can. It really struggled through it. I wouldn't think this would last long. Overall, it was slower, more fiddley, and less reliable than a traditional one.

At first, I wasn’t sure about this opener—I even kept the packaging, expecting to return it. The initial use confused me because I didn’t see a visible cut, but when I lifted the can, the lid popped right off!There’s a learning curve: You need to position it correctly on the rim and tilt it slightly for the gears to engage (it won’t work on dented lids). Unlike traditional openers, it cuts around the rim rather than into the lid. The only downside is the weak magnet—you’ll need to gently push the lid up to remove it. Once you get the hang of it, though, it works flawlessly and is oddly satisfying to watch.As someone who struggled with manual openers, I love how efficient this is. Plus, it’s compact enough to tuck into a drawer instead of cluttering the counter.
